Abandoned Coral Tim Holtz Distress Oxides Ink Pad

The Distress Oxide Ink range designed by Tim Holtz are hybrid inks, they are a mixture of water, dye and pigments that create a unique oxide effect when water is applied over them.

Thanks to their pigment base they have a semi-opaque finish which makes them perfect for use on dark surfaces and the color will still show through.

While they are wet, you can mix them together to create a new color, but once dry, they will create a layer on layer effect (they will not blend).

They can be used for stamping, with stencils or directly on the surface.
