Payment methods

We offer different payment methods so you can use the one that suits you best:

  • PAYPAL: After confirming the order, the customer will be directed to PayPal's secure payment gateway. Once payment is made, they will be redirected to Oh! Naif.
    In addition, they do not need to open an account to pay via PayPal; they simply need to enter their credit card number and follow the instructions.
  • BANK TRANSFER: If the order is placed via email, the account number will be sent once the order is confirmed.
    The order will be considered complete once the customer sends the proof of payment to info@ohnaif.com
  • CASH ON DELIVERY (only applicable to the following shipping method: home delivery): The fees incurred by this type of payment, which are €2.50, will be added to the shipping cost. This payment method is only available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  • CREDIT CARD. You can make your payment by credit card by calling 986136617 during office hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or through the website.

* For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which have a longer transit time, it is very likely that payment for the order will be requested before receiving it, as the platform automatically requests payment 7 days after it has been shipped.
