The ink cube storage compartments are divided by soft fabric-covered dividers that close so the ink cubes stay in place and protected.

When you open the divider, you'll find a plastic insert perfectly sized to hold a selection of standard-sized 1.25" x 1.25" (inches) square ink cubes.

The 48-piece holder stores 24 ink cubes on each side.
