Maintenance recommendations:

To sharpen, cut a sheet of aluminum foil.

To lubricate, cut a sheet of wax paper.

All the measurements of our die cutters refer to the diameter of the die matrix, which is why they are classified according to its size.

Then, depending on the shape obtained, this measurement will be more or less approximate to the matrix size, with the closest being the circle, and as the edges become more irregular like in the shape of a cookie, stamp, elliptical, or butterfly, the size will decrease, as all shapes must fit into that circular matrix of that determined size, so the longest axis of the shape is what determines its size.

Additionally, you must consider the cutting clearance, which is where the sheet or blade that cuts the cardstock passes through, and it is always inside the die matrix, which also subtracts a couple of millimeters from the matrix circle.

The measurements are those specified by the manufacturer. It is not a precision tool, so it is advisable to perform a measurement test prior to carrying out the work.
