You can also stamp them. Remove the excess with a dry brush with loose hair.

Very useful for making details, filigrees, words or decorating die-cuts or chipboards.

You can apply an ink before the glue to give more intensity to the color or play with different tones. They also allow for post-tinting, so you can create color gradients and aged effects.
