A VERY AUTUMNAL MINI ALBUM

Hello! Although the temperatures in the north say the opposite, Autumn is very close.

And with it come some beautiful collections in earth tones, reddish, burgundy,... cozy colors that invite you to make a cup of coffee and scrape non-stop!!!

This has happened to us with the beautiful Fall Break collection by Carta Bella , it was love at first sight and we were very clear that we wanted to make a mini album with it.

Autumn is the time of leaf fall, so winking at this we have made one in the shape of a leaf.

For the shape of the leaf, we have drawn one on a cardboard and we have used it as a model to cut out the decorated paper that are the pages of the album.

In case drawing is not your thing, you can always look for one that you like on the internet, print it to the size you want, and use it as a model.

For the cover we have used vellum , since it arrived on the web we use it whenever we can because we love it!

It makes a beautiful effect with the background of the decorated paper, and we have also sewn the edges with the Stitch Happy sewing machine, highlighting the sheet.

For the decoration of the cover, and the album in general, we use the sheet of stickers , cutouts and cards from the papers of the collection and die-cutters of Oh!Naif sheets , playing a lot with the different levels to give it volume.

Here, on one side we have cut out some cards, folded in half and glued to the page.

And on the other, with a cover we have created a shaker full of sequins and cut-outs of leaves separated by a seam.

Decorated with stickers and perfect for storing small things.

In the following ones, we create a pocket with one of the cards. We fold to the height we want and sew the edges, finally we put double-sided tape on the back in the shape of a "U" and glue it to the page. In this way we have two pockets.

On another page there is another pocket made with one of the cards and full of cards decorated with stickers.

And the smallest ones are stapled, the touch of the stapler is very cool!

And on this one, we've created a pocket with a big sticker and some 3D double-sided tape. Being a sticker, you have to stick a piece of paper on the back and cut it out, then some 3D double-sided tape in the shape of a "U" and we have it!!

A van loaded with tags and pumpkins!!, don't you think it's really nice?

The binding is made with the Cinch (in this post we talk about it) and golden spirals that combine very well with the tones of the collection.
