NOTEBOOKS WITH REACHING OUT BY JEN HADFIELD AND BOOK BINDING PUNCH BOARD BY WRMK BY @MMMMMNOOSE

We love the Book Binding tool because with it you can do many different projects and bindings and with different degrees of difficulty.

In this video from >WRMK they explain how it works, you will see that it is very simple.

So let's start with something simple like sewing notebooks. Surely many of us here are big fans of stationery and lists, so a new notebook is always welcome hehehehe

We start by choosing the decorated papers and the sheets, in my case I have sewn 7 sheets of 120gr. I like to use them with a grammage higher than normal to give them more consistency.

The holes that I have drilled have been all the ones in the middle, I like the small point and it gives me the feeling that the sheets are better attached. But as in everything, this depends on the tastes of each one.

Be careful! When drilling, I recommend doing it with the face of the cover that you are going to use facing up so that the "ugly" part of the punch remains on the inside (as it appears in the image).

We also perforate the folios and to sew!!!. The needle that comes with the Book Binding kit is great because it has no point and thus we avoid uncomfortable finger pricks hahaha

And this has been the result already decorated with ornaments from the collection and with an added vellum pocket where you can store stickers, tickets,...

As I liked the result and the collection so much, I came up and made another 2 more!!. The decoration is different and I also leave you a couple of ideas for pockets and even bookmarks!

This has ended up being my favorite... because of the paper that I love the tones it has, because of the decoration made with one of the precious clips from the collection... I don't know, I really like it

For the pocket I used remains of the same paper without cutting the strip because I thought the contrast was very cool.

And finally, the most fun!! ... this emoji paper is the best!

For the pocket I used the special paper from the collection that I sewed by machine

And what about those sweetheart glasses? As soon as I saw them I knew I had to do something with them. And what better than a very nice bookmark?

I put decorated paper on the adhesive part and made a small hole through which to pass the thread, a couple of beads, I tied it to one of the points of the notebook, and that's it!!

I hope you have liked and inspired and you will be encouraged with this tool... a little practice and you will have it more than controlled to do more elaborate projects.

Until next week!
