DIY: DREAM CATCHER

Hello craftlovers!!!, this summer we are full of ideas and we love being able to share them with you!!

Today we bring you a great idea to create your dream catcher !!

In recent years it is one of the decorations and DIY that is most made, and there are also infinite possibilities to decorate it.

For ours we have used the following materials:

- medium metal ring

- pom pom maker by We R Memory Keepers

- scissors and glue

- and to make the decorations we have collected all the wool, ribbons , strawberry trees , yarn and twine that we had in the studio

The first thing we will do is make pompoms that with the Pom Pom Maker Tool

They are made quickly and easily, and you also have three different sizes of pompoms to choose from.

The second step is to place the strawberry ties in the hoop, whatever we have...

The ideal is to start by placing a strip in the center, and from there the following ones are placed at both ends.

As you can see in the photo we have added them in different ways to the hoop depending on the material and how it adapts:

- the rag, the tulle and the thin bows are quite flexible and can be tied

- in our case some of the ties are quite rigid, so we have first glued them and then knotted them so that they are more secure and do not deform. We have done the same with the strawberry trees

The length of the ornaments already depends on tastes... they can all measure equally or go in a decentered way... whatever you like!!!

The third step will be to decorate the metal ring a bit, and for them we have used a bit of twine that we have been placing around it without following any type of plot... directly as we wanted!!

And finally we add the pom poms!!, they are small so they don't steal the spotlight from the dreamcatcher, and that everything is harmonious.

We really liked the result, it was sooo sweet!!
