Conditions of sale to private customers
The general delivery time will be approximately 48 hours for orders in stock.
Orders placed after Friday at 14:00 will be processed the following Monday. The same will occur on the eve of national, regional and local holidays, which will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not be working days for the purpose of calculating delivery times.
It will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer.

The following conditions are established:
International shipments, shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, volume and destination of the merchandise. These shipments will always be made through Correos or Seur. Please consult with us the rate by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the buyer does not agree with the purchased product, he can choose to return the product. To do this, you have a period of 14 working days from the time of receipt of the goods and must first notify Oh! Naif by mail to email@example.com.
The return will only be accepted if the returned product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
In case the return is made for reasons not attributable to Oh! Naif, the buyer will bear the costs generated by this return.
Changes of opinion of the customer or an error of the customer at the time of placing the order are considered causes not attributable to Oh! Naif.
If the return of the products is lawful, it will be Oh! Naif who will be responsible for shipping costs, provided that the buyer informs us of this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer may choose to order a product in exchange for the returned product or request a refund of the amount paid (the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from receipt of the product in our warehouses).
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being in force the one that is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
Oh! Naif reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
