PREPARING THE BACK TO SCHOOL WITH THE KIDS OF THE HOUSE

Since the premiere of the "Emoji" movie, the little ones have been delighted with little faces with heart eyes, winking at you, with sunglasses, little poops with eyes, flamingos and an endless number of emoticons... so for the decoration we have chosen the "Emoji Love" collection by Simple Stories

Since what it is about is having a good time and that the little one enjoys, we are not going to need large tools.

Your usual cut-paste materials, a die -cutter and as a starting point the typical ring binder.

- First we decorate the covers by gluing the triangles that we have previously punched out and we can add the name of the material or the small one using an adhesive alphabet

- We also prepared some very nice pockets to add to the notebook, although we have already found more uses for it hahahaha... with a bit of adhesive velcro it can become the most desired wallet!!

Taking advantage of the sheets where the large emoticons come from and the remains that were left over from covering the books, we have done the following...

* cut out two identical smileys

* cover them with the adhesive lining on both sides and trim the excess lining

* finally put glue on the edge of one of them halfway, so we leave space for the pocket

* finally join the two emoticons

It looks great on the back of the lid!

- And since we were at work, we couldn't help but decorate a few clips with the pre -cut ones from the collection.

We selected the ones that we liked the most and divided them into 2 piles, those that had the same silhouette and could make a clip with two faces and those that did not.

For both we did the same:

* glue the clip first with adhesive, trying to make it as centered as possible

* make glue all over the piece and place the other piece on top.

Which in one of the cases will be another pre-cut with the same silhouette...

And in the other, a piece of cardboard that we later cut out...

They are so nice that some of them are safe for me!
