Do It Together S.L.
mini easter
You could already see here the complete tutorial to be able to make the Easter basket yourself (I hope you have already done it and it is waiting to be filled with sweets and chocolates). And now it's the turn of the Easter mini. To make the structure of the Easter mini, we only need three of the beautiful Easter Parade papers from Doodlebug Designs Inc, plus a guillotine, a 1'5” circle die, a border die, the crop-a-dile or any other device that is used to make holes and baker twine to tie the mini.
The first thing we have to do is cut the paper that will serve as the cover. We will cut it to 30cm long and 15cm wide, to fold it in half later.
We will cut the second paper, also 30cm long and 15cm wide, to make two folds, the first one at 8cm and the second one at 20cm.
With the help of the 1'5” circle die we will make a semicircle in the middle of the fold that we have made at 8cm. Which we will stick with double-sided tape to the previous sheet, in order to obtain the first of the pockets.
We will border the entire side of the paper (the one that we have folded to 20cm) with a border die and we will glue it with double-sided tape to make the second pocket.
We take the third paper and cut it to 30cm long and 12cm wide, folding it in half.
And finally we take the fourth paper that we will cut to 30cm long and 15cm wide, to then make a first fold at 8cm and a second fold at 19.5cm. Again with the 1'5” circle punch we make a semicircle in the middle of the 8cm fold.
Now we just need to sort the papers and with the help of the crop-a-dile make a couple of holes through which we will pass the baker twine.
Now we have the finished structure.
Finished all this process, we just need to decorate the mini Easter at our whim with the help of the stickers and decorations from the Easter Parade collection of Doodlebug Desing Inc!!
