TRAVEL MINI ALBUM BY OBED @OBED.MARSHALL
Hello readers of the Oh!Naif blog, it is a luxury to be here as a guest DT. For those who don't know me, let me introduce myself. My name is Obed Marshall and I am crazy about color, paper and everything that has to do with making things with my own hands.
Scrap fascinates me and DIY too, so in my craft world I decided to mix everything up a bit. Sometimes things come out a little more scraper and other times I go a little more towards DIY and DIY.
Today I present you a mini album with its coordinating box that I have made with two PinkFresh Studio collections that I love, “Home For The Holidays” and “Out and About”.
It's a mini album about a trip I took in December so that's why I decided to combine a Christmas collection with a travel one.
Also, I think they combine perfectly! I love the colors and designs and that's why I decided to use these collections.
The box, I have made it with a box that I have recycled from an external battery and on top with one of the papers from the collection I have made a kind of lining. I have also decorated it a bit with stickers, die cuts and so on.
The mini album is a bit different, because a priori when we think of a mini album, this form is not the one that comes to mind.
I have made a mini album with a double spine, faux-sewn binding, a bisected cover with a tie closure and the interior of mini handmade envelopes. A bit of an odd mix of techniques, right?
Inside I have used small papers from the collection and I have made some envelopes to put the photographs of the trip. Afterwards, what I have done has been to decorate each envelope a little with decorations from the collections.
I hope you liked my project and it inspires you to continue creating. Keep an eye on me, I have a blog at obedmarshall.com and an IG account where I'd love to connect with you (I'm @obed.marshall over there).
I was delighted to visit Oh!Naif's blog and I hope to see you again soon.
